Deleting your data
What we hold
When you connect a social media account to this dashboard, we keep two things: a key the platform gives us, which lets us read that account's own figures, and the figures themselves — follower counts, and the views, likes and comments on your own posts.
We do not hold your password. We do not hold anything about the people who follow you: no names, no email addresses, no messages, no contact details of any kind.
Disconnecting, which you can do yourself
Sign in, open Connections, and press Disconnect on any platform. The key is deleted from our server immediately and we can no longer read anything from that account. You can also revoke it from the platform's own settings — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X all let you remove an app you have connected.
Deleting everything
To have everything we hold about your accounts erased — the keys and the figures we have recorded — email us and say so:
dave@foreignfamous.com
Write from the address we correspond with you on, or tell us which accounts you mean. We will confirm what has been deleted within 30 days, and normally much sooner.
Where we are a client's agency, some records of work carried out — which posts were published and when — may be kept for our own accounting. Those contain no data obtained from any platform's API about any individual.
