These terms cover the use of this reporting dashboard and the social media management services Foreign Famous provides to its clients.
Foreign Famous manages social media accounts for client organisations — producing content, publishing it with the client's approval, and reporting on how it performs. This website is the reporting part: a private dashboard where a client can see their own results.
Access is by credentials we issue. They are for the client organisation and the people it authorises. Do not share them more widely than that, and tell us if you believe they have been exposed so we can replace them. We may suspend access that appears to be misused.
The client owns its social media accounts, its brand, and the performance data those accounts generate. We claim no ownership of any of it. Content we create for a client becomes the client's on delivery. The design and code of this dashboard remain ours.
We act only within the permission a client grants us, through each platform's own authorisation process. A client can withdraw that permission at any time, directly with the platform, and does not need our cooperation to do so. We follow the rules of the platforms we operate on.
This service uses YouTube API Services. Clients whose YouTube channels we manage are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. A channel owner may revoke our access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. We act on a channel only within the permissions its owner has granted, and we comply with YouTube's Developer Policies.
Figures shown here come from the platforms themselves and from the shared tracker maintained for the account. Platforms restate their own metrics from time to time, and there is a lag between a post going out and its numbers settling. We present the data as we receive it and do not warrant that every figure is final.
Do not attempt to access data belonging to another client, probe or interfere with the service, or extract data by automated means. Use the dashboard for reviewing your own account performance.
We aim to keep this available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. It may be offline for maintenance or because of a supplier's outage.
Either side may end a service engagement under the terms of the separate agreement between us. On termination, dashboard access ends, we return or delete client data on request, and any platform permissions should be withdrawn by the client.
We provide this dashboard as a reporting tool. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, or from decisions taken on the basis of figures displayed here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may revise these terms. Material changes will be communicated to clients directly, and the date above will be updated.
